What we collect

Name, email, phone, and shipping address at checkout; email only for newsletter sign-ups; and product reviews you choose to submit.

Where it's stored

Shipping and order details are held by Shopify (PCI-DSS compliant). Reviews, testimonials, and newsletter emails are held by Supabase. Payment details are processed and tokenized by Razorpay —VYTACARE never stores card numbers.

Retention

We retain order records for 7 years for tax compliance.

Third parties

We share data only with the services required to fulfil your order: Shopify, Razorpay, and Supabase.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@vytacareplus.com.
